Architect. Project leader. Strategic advisor. Writer.
Close to two decades at the intersection of design, governance, and execution.
I am an architect and project leader with close to two decades of experience working across institutional campuses, workplaces, and complex development projects. My work sits at the intersection of design, strategy, and execution — where I focus on translating vision into structured, buildable systems.
I have been leading campus design, planning, and development — shaping a large-scale, future-oriented educational ecosystem. My role extends beyond architecture into governance, procurement alignment, stakeholder management, and delivery frameworks. I work closely with leadership teams to ensure that intent is carried through with clarity, discipline, and accountability.
Over time, I have developed a strong inclination towards systems thinking. I prefer to build frameworks, define decision structures, and create clarity in roles and processes rather than rely on ad-hoc solutions. My approach emphasises documentation, traceability, and explicit articulation of trade-offs to enable better decision-making.
I value precision in communication and operate with a focus on being clear, concise, and outcome-oriented. I believe that large and complex projects succeed not only through good design, but through strong governance, aligned teams, and disciplined execution.
I am drawn to work that is sustainable, culturally rooted, and future-oriented — where the outcome carries long-term institutional or societal consequence. I operate best when roles are clear, priorities are defined, and accountability is explicit on all sides.
